JOMSOM MUKTINATH TREK 8 days

This popular trek offers excellent hotel facilities, if you are keen to hold on to home comforts. Never rising above 3800m, the trek furthermore presents few altitude problems. Nevertheless, you are rewarded with some spectacular and unusual views of the high Annapurnas.

Itinerary:
 

Day 1:	Kathmandu to Pokhara over night in hotel.	1000 m
Day 2:	Flight from Pokhara to Jomsom 2713 m & trek to  Kagbeni.	2900 m
Day 3:	Kagbeni to Muktinath (3802 meters, Hindu & Buddhist pilgrimage) over night at Ranipauwa	3650 m
Day 4:	Muktinath to Marpha	2667 m
Day 5:	Marpha to Kalopani	2530 m.
Day 6:	Kalopani to Tatopani	1189 m
Day 7:	Tatopani to Ghorepani	2855 m
Day 8:	Visit Poon Hill 2855 m, Ghorepani to Nayapol and transfer to Pokhara	1000 m
Day 9:	6 hrs drive to Kathmandu by bus or 30 minutes flight	1400 m
